Do you provide cellar / basement conversions?

Whether you’re looking to convert your basement or cellar into a more functional space such as an office or bedroom, then we can help! Rooms such as these have a wider range of challenges than garage and loft conversions for example, but we’re fully equipped to explain the differences and the requirements for each. Do I need planning permission to convert a garage?

If the work is internal only and the footprint of the garage is not changed, then probably not. However, there may be conditions within your deeds to state that certain rooms are used for a certain purpose – i.e. as car storage. 

Always check your deeds before proceeding, but we can work with you if you have any questions!

Can you convert commercial properties into flats?

We can, and it’s something that we’re now doing on a regular basis with a range of clients. 

Whether you have a larger property such as a vacant public house, or even a larger, old domestic property, then converting these into flats and apartments could be quite lucrative.
