We recently completed a major refurbishment of a ground floor flat for our key client Community Gateway Association. The flat had suffered a major leak and was in need of complete refurbishment.
After a deep clean and repairs to the flats above we began to strip the whole property back to stud work. It was then acknowledged that additional structural studs where necessary to meet current building standards.
We renewed all the plasterboard and fire board throughout and rewired the property. The Joinery was also completely renewed.
We installed a new kitchen and bathroom complete with floor coverings.
We also upgraded the heating by installing a new gas central heating system.
