Higher End Construction is a North West–based principal contractor specialising in social housing, supported living schemes, planned programmes and property development. Since 2014, we have delivered high-quality construction and maintenance services for local authorities, housing associations, care providers and private clients. Our growth has been built on long-term relationships, repeat business and a transparent, family-run approach combined with professional project delivery.
We deliver a wide range of planned and compliance-led works, including kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes, wet room and accessibility adaptations, boiler installations, heating upgrades and energy efficiency schemes. In addition, we provide responsive repairs, void refurbishments and ongoing maintenance contracts, ensuring properties remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
Our team also specialises in full refurbishments, structural alterations, extensions and developments, including conversions and residential schemes. We work closely with our clients to structure and deliver projects based around there requirements. Our role includes taking sites from initial feasibility and site appraisal through design development, planning strategy and submission, to full construction and handover.
Based in St Helens and operating across the North West, we combine experienced project management, a directly managed skilled workforce and trusted supply chain partners to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
